The original version had some glitches and bugs. I've tweaked it to
consistently use the FireBreath 'package' and also make sure you can
include the .js file multiple times for different plugins. I've tested on
IE8, Chrome & FF3 Windows only.

How do you make it work with your web page?
Do I need to build it with FireBreath?
