How to make plugin<-->UI communication work when chrome browser in background/minimized.

Hi,

Chrome Extension and Fire-breath Plugin is up and working and am able to call API's from my page, 

but when i minimize/change the browser tab, Plugin API calls and Call backs are not landing, all the events/callbacks are getting Qued 

On traversing to my page, all events/callbacks are given to JS layer.

How to make plugin<-->UI communication work when chrome browser in background/minimized.

If there is a way I don't know what it is. Let me know if you figure it out.
