I was just wondering if there were any plans to upgrade the default version of boost that comes with Firebreath. I'm getting some warnings that are supposed to be fixed in a more recent version of Boost.

I know that I can install Boost separately and then add a bunch of definitions to the prep scripts, but I was just curious if Firebreath is going to be updated any time soon.

I've been meaning to do so for around a year but just haven't had a compelling enough reason to take the time to do so. If you'd like to try to do it yourself you're welcome to submit a pull request =] It's a somewhat annoying process, is all.

Ahhhh,

This explains the warnings I get when compiling in some environments *shrug*

No problem Richard. I think I'm probably best to have an external version of Boost anyway as I'm writing other libraries that need Boost. So far I set up custom MakeLists.txt files to pull Boost from Firebreath's location (to keep everything on the same page), but it's cleaner to simply have everything draw from one location outside of Firebreath (just a bit of work that I don't feel like doing right now).
