Compilation Times on Windows: how to optimize ?

Hi FireBreath-ers,
I noticed that the compilation times also for empty plugins is very high, especially on Windows (I am building it via cmake on Win7 with VS2010). What is, if there is one, the best way to speedup compilation times ?
