Nejde vytvorit FK

Ahoj, na FB2.5.1 64b Win
mam db a nejde mi v ni vytvorit FK
obe pole jsou SMALLINT
Pri pokusu o vytvoreni FK mi to pise
Unsuccessful execution caused by system error that does not preclude
successful execution of subsequent statements.
index unexpectedly deleted.
At trigger 'RDB$TRIGGER_18'.
Ale zadny index toho jmena v RDB$INDEX_SEGMENTS neni.
Netusite nekdo v cem muze byt problem???

Jestli jsem se neprekoukl, tak to je "Cannot update index segment used
by an Integrity Constraint".

Tohle co jsem sem vlozil jsem zkopiroval - zadne dalsi texty tam
nebyly.
