Convert database from charset NONE to utf8

Good morning, everyone,

I wanted to ask the fastest method to convert a database created with
NONE charser to UTF-8.
I am currently using firebird 3 but will be upgrading to 5 shortly.

1) Create a new database from scratch.
2) Pump data using any available utility.

Is there no way to convert it automatically?
