MBA m1, monterey. CHARACTER SET WIN1254 is not installed

Dear members,

İ have problem with connecting to Firebird 2.5.8, 2.5.9 on mac book air m1 monterey 12.4. İn both verisons after connecting the database using python or dbreaver, it gives an error: "CHARACTER SET WIN1254 is not installed". İ tried every 4 downloadables(ss, ss_lip, cs, cs_lip) after complate reinstall from both 2.5.8 and 2.5.9 and error stays. I was only able to connect using VMWare at same machine but using VM slows my workflow. Any clue will be appreciated.
