Firebird 2.5.9 "CHARACTER SET WIN1252" error after update osx to Monterey.

Hi, I'm using firebird SS 2.5.9 on osx Big Sur with a windows db (CHARACTER SET WIN1252).
All was working good until I updated osx to Monterey 12.x.x.

After that when I try to query a windows db I get this error:
"ERROR: CHARACTER SET WIN1252 is not installed [SQLState:2C000,
ISC error code:335544854] Error Code: 335544854"

If I query employee db I get normal response.
I  get error only with windows db.

I have done some test on an virtual machine.

01) Install osx Big Sur
02) Install firebird FirebirdSS-2.5.9-27139-x86_64.pkg
03) Test query employee db (OK)
04) Test query windows db (OK)
05) Make a snapshot of VM
06) Update osx to Monterey
07) Test query employee db (OK)
08) Test query windows db (error)

Could some one help me ?
