Cannot change sweep interval or page buffers over Delphi TIBConfigService or TIBOConfigService

Hello all,

The calling was OK until Firebird 3.0, but on 4.0 I get this error:

I/O error during "CreateFile (open)" operation for file "E:\FIREBIRDDATA\FB4\IA\DB.FDB"

Error while trying to open file

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. .

Any idea?
