Backup file bigger than database file

Hi,

I have about 20 similar installation where data from a PLC is constantly added to the database.

On one of those I noticed that the nightly backup cycle produces a backup file that is bigger (208 MB) than the database file (163 MB), on all the rest of my installations the resulting backup file is about 20% smaller than the DB file.

Is this something I should be worried about? Is so, what can I do to find the culprit.
