Hello everyone, the Firibird server, version 3.0.13.33818, is crashing.

The OS environment has not been changed.
DELL PowerEdge R730xd server, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650 v4 @ 2.20GHz, 192GB RAM.
Virtualization: VMware ESXi, 6.7.0, 20497097, with a single virtual server running Windows Server 2012.
All resources on the physical server are allocated to this single virtual machine.

The metadata has not been changed.
The firebird.conf settings have not been touched.
The database is approximately 580GB in size, on two SSD RAID 1, 36% free space,
we are not using UDF.

Test Backup Restore works correctly.
However, Backup Restore was not performed on the production database.

The error occurs randomly, at different intervals.
We can't yet connect it to queries or user actions.

We checked the number of connections: it's normal.

We captured the error dump:

SYMBOL_NAME: engine12+3a0a3e
MODULE_NAME: engine12
IMAGE_NAME: engine12.dll
STACK_COMMAND: ~13s; .ecxr ; kb
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: STACK_OVERFLOW_c00000fd_engine12.dll!Unknown
OS_VERSION: 6.3.9600.18217
BUILDLAB_STR: winblue_ltsb
OSPLATFORM_TYPE: x64
OSNAME: Windows 8.1
IMAGE_VERSION: 3.0.13.33818
FAILURE_ID_HASH: {d86de043-4d9e-9e67-44d1-1d8815df2b69}

The dump indicates that STACK_OVERFLOW is occurring
in engine12.dll

Please tell me what engine12.dll is responsible for
and maybe suggest some solutions for this very bad situation (the server crashes 10-15 times a day).
