Firebird Native Client Distribution, version 5.0.4.0

I've just released version 5.0.4.0 of the Firebird Native Client
Distribution for Jaybird.

This version provides the Firebird 5.0.4 client libraries
(fbclient/libfbclient) for use with Jaybird 3 and higher, for the native
and local protocols (but not embedded).
