Jaybird 5.0.0-beta-1 available for testing

I have just published Jaybird 5.0.0-beta-1 for testing.

Contrary to beta-releases in the past, I intend this beta release to
have a very short life, and it can be considered as a "release
candidate". Unless big blockers turn up, I plan to release Jaybird 5.0.0
next week.
