MantisBT For Firebird

Hello everyone, 

In case anyone is interested, I'm providing a modified MantisBT project repository for use with Firebird.

The MantisBT project managers declined to merge the changes I made because they said Firebird is rarely used globally.

However, all the changes I made work perfectly with Firebird.
