They haven't worked for a very long time (at least since October 2024),
since web.firebirdsql.org went offline. The link to 3.0 was removed
early 2025 for that reason, but for some reason, the broken 4.0 link was
left in place.

It looks like no one was responsible for it after Sean retired (I
think), and no one felt responsible to create an alternative.
