Hello All,
I've found that primary key constraints are working even with inactive
supporting index, but this feature is still marked as "planned".
Is it already implemented or the engine somehow ignores index inactivity flag
in system tables?

It is not implemented and there were no plan to implement it.
Existing plan is about non-indexed FK, not PK nor UK.
