Hi!
I see no need to have character sets in RDB$TYPES.
RDB$TYPES list labels or possible data for system "domains".
Character sets have own table for long time, which much more information.
GPRE even reads collations (that is not there) from RDB$TYPES.

Now I see, they are aliases for character sets.
Someone just wanted to reuse a table with different objectives.
So it should be maintained.
But I'm going to remove collation aliases as they were never used.
