Bug with LTTs in read-only database after metadata cache

Hi!
The attached test started to return error "lock conflict on no wait
transaction" after metadata cache merge.
Some interesting things:
- It don't happen with embedded
- It don't happen if after setting read-only mode, we disconnect and
connect again
