ISQL output of character set and collation

Hello All,

I thought that ISQL output should be minimal so if character set for a
field/domain match default character set for the database it must be omitted.
And because collation is a separate clause in a field definition it may be
presented/shown even if character set isn't because of above.
Is my opinion wrong?
