Fantastic work, Mark!!!

I just noticed a small nitpick: in section 2.1.47. ClientBatchBuffer -- https://firebirdsql.org/docs/html/en/refdocs/fbconf/firebird-configuration-reference.html#fbconf-client-batch-buffer

"the total space allocated is upto twice the configured size"

It should be "up to".

Thanks, interestingly enough, the dictionary in IntelliJ doesn't pick it
up as an error, and neither does the grammar plugin I have installed.

Hi,

First, congratulations. It's great guide.

I found one bug thought, in both MaxIdentifierCharLength and
MaxIdentifierByteLengt description. Look for sentence:

"On the other hand, if MaxIdentifierCharLength is set to 31, and
MaxIdentifierCharLength is also set to 31, then youcan have 31
characters from the ASCII range,"

The MaxIdentifierCharLength is twice here.

regards
Pavel

Thanks, fixed it (will publish when I have more changes accumulated).

I also removed the duplicate explanation in MaxIdentifierCharLength by
linking to MaxIdentifierByteLength.
