Nobody cares to upload releases. Snapshots are available at

It's better to initially publish the v5 macos, which we released Beta 1
based on the snapshots.

The v5 snapshots should be more stable as we build icu and libc++-static.

I'm not confident the v4 snapshot works totally ok.

If v5 is ok, its build changes could be backported to v4 if there are
demand.
