May I just say, you all have DRAMATIC RESULTS ! What an awesome day! I am in awe! :) Thank you :) You have worked so hard and it shows! Keep it up, remember this is progress, nothing happens overnite... I am happy to see some of you signed up for BTCX!
If you are taking a break my hope is you continue to progress with your training here at FIREBELLZ and healthy eating, you have the tools to be successful!
Some of you have out grown the BTC, and are taking it to the next level, True Strength Program! AWESOME! This is what it's about, always challenging yourselves! :)
For those of you who had commitments this weekend, perhaps you can have your pictures taken by a family member. Take a front, side, back and head shot, send them to me by Tuesday, we will include it in the judging and you will receive an after photo..
A BIG Thank-you to Brianna Lewis, photographer for taking our pictures and Lindsey Griffiss for taking the final weigh out numbers! We appreciate your help! And all of you for enduring my oil rub downs, being barefoot and all the poses ~ :)
The sign up sheet is up if you would like to donate to your after party! Saturday April 6, 1:00pm. FIREBELLZ is providing the main course of barbecue assortment, with fajita meat and cake, YES cake! :).
We will be announcing the winners and prizes!
All of the FIREBELLZ staff and BTC Team are very proud of you!!
