High network time FIrebase hosting

I have a webapp deployed on firebase hosting which is taking huge time to load in the performance log we can see it took 23 seconds to load one javascript file

Hi there! I'm an engineer on Hosting.
Can you give me a little more information?
- Is this using the web.app or firebaseapp.com domain?
- Approximately what date and time did you see this behavior?
- Is it still ongoing?

Hello! thank you for the reply, the problem appeared to have ceased for the moment I am very happy about it, it was having an impact on production.
1. Using directly the domain provided by firebase hosting after deploy all the urls with ******.web.app where behaving very unstable, and also this affected any subdomains we had with google domains that redirected to the firebase ip address.

2. I believe the problem started earlier than March 31, but I was testing the performance around 01 21:37:02 2021 UTC and 3+ hours

Hi Bryan thank you very much for the response I really appreciate it, thank you for your hard work that really makes my work possible, I came back and check this thread again to see my last response didn't go through maybe I didn't post the last message, it was working perfectly earlier today, and now it started lagging a bit again, whilest my network is stable I can load 1080p youtube videos...
1. Great idea to check both ends, I was only benchmarking the web.app now I can say for sure that firebaseapp.com is lagging too, although for our clients I setup a subdomain using google domains and following the setup using firebase. But all the setups are lagging making the website without cache take around 20 seconds to load.
2. I think it started before March 1pm utc but around that time and 3 hour plus that I was working the behavior was the same, until late hours my time which is around 6pm -7 utc. and by the time of this post I just checked and the problem started again, seems like it is time related thing.
