Not Renaming File with Resize Image Extension

Hello,

I am currently using the Resize Image Extension to resize user profile pictures to be 200x200. However, the extension add the size as a suffix to the file name. How should I go about making the new file that the Resize Image extension makes to be the same name as the original file name uploaded to storage? Is this a parameter that could be added to the Resize Image Extension in the future?
