Random missing a valid app identifier

Hi all,

I'm using Firebase Auth with SMS method to verify my users but for some reason it works on some devices but in another devices it shows this:

This request is missing a valid app identifier, meaning that neither SafetyNet checks nor reCAPTCHA checks succeeded. Please try again, or check the logcat for more details.

I have followed all the steps suggested on stack overflow regarding the SHA1 and SHA256, but the issue is that this is happening only in some devices. Have anyone faced this issue?
