Cloud messaging seems to break Unity3D android deep links

Hello!
I'm using firebase with Unity3D and I noticed after I imported the cloud messaging package the deep links that I've defined in my android manifest are no longer functioning in unity 3d. It looks like the messaging package overrides the default unity android activity, perhaps that might be an issue? Manifest is attached.
Any ideas anyone? Thanks!
