Firebase crashlytics keeps loading

Hello,

I have been trying to implement firebase-crashlytics in my mobile application. I enabled the Android SDK on firebase console, but the loading spinner hasn't stopped since. It has been more than 10 days it is still spinning. I am unable to add crashlytic in my android mobile  application.
I would like to know how can I get started with it and how can the loading on the console page be completed?
