Unable to create a firestore database on a new firebase project.

Hello,

I have a problem when I want to create a "firestore" database in my firebase project.
A message tells me that it is impossible to create the "firestore" and that it is an unknown error.
I tried to find the solution to this problem on different forums without success.
I do not know what to do.
I had a problem because of a link with GCP on an old project that told me that it couldn't create a "firestore" database because it's a GCP level "datastore" that needed to be created at the place.
This time it's a new project so it shouldn't be related.
