Setting up custom domain for Firebase app doesn't work

I am using Cloudflare for DNS and SSL managmenet and Firebase for hosting a static website. I need to configure custom domain in Firebase. I followed instructions on Firebase and after configuring it says "Connected", but it doesn't work. If I open website, there is an error: "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED".

I tried to change DNS Status on cloudflare from "Proxied" to "DNS only", but it didn't help.
