String variable ( format of variable in local and firebase is : "abcd_efgh_ijkl")  in local but still getting error.

Can you share some more code, including the code you use to listen read the Firebase data and process the snapshot? Are you trying to convert that string value into a long accidentally? That's what the error suggests.
