Unable to create 7/15 day Non Purchaser App Audience on Firebase

I am facing challenges while trying to create the following two firebase audiences for our android app, 7 and 15 day non purchasers(people who have the app installed but have not purchased in the last 7 and 15 days). By default, the time window is last 30 days. While putting in the Time Period for the Event Count, I am not being able to select the “Most Recent Time Period” Option as it is not being displayed in the UI. By default, “At Any Point in Time” option is chosen which is not letting me create the desired audience based on their actions in the latest time period.

In the google documentation for Firebase, both time period options are mentioned whereas in reality only one option is available for use(please find screenshots attached). Can anyone please suggest a way of creating the desired audience?
