Firepad - update page and demos to latest versions and make dist links clear

The current demo at https://firepad.io and the various examples do not use the latest firepad or the latest firebase versions and need to be updated.

In addition, the way things are now, there is no way for a user to find out the latest version of firepad (1.4.0) without looking at the github code commits.

Can the demo please be updated to latest firepad and firebase and the links to the latest firepad dist (https://cdn.firebase.com/libs/firepad/1.4.0/firepad.min.js) made clear ?

Hey kofifus,

Thanks for the feedback!  Any chance you'd be willing to put together a PR?  The code for the website is in the gh-pages branch.  Also, just FYI, you can also check the releases tab on github to see what the most recent release is.

Hey Michael,

I really would like to help but in this case I think it is not my role. I do not fully understand the right way to connect to the firepad demo with new firebase - that's why we need the demo page updated !

In general I think it is the role of the maintainers who created the new version of firepad to update at least the main page demo and documentation and make the link to  the new release obvious.
