R8 Warning - firebase.messaging.TopicOperation$TopicOperations

We are getting a warning from R8 when building a release version.

Missing class com.google.firebase.messaging.TopicOperation$TopicOperations (referenced from: void com.google.firebase.messaging.TopicOperation.<init>(java.lang.String, java.lang.String))

This is the version of firebase we are using:

implementation platform('com.google.firebase:firebase-bom:29.2.1')

implementation 'com.google.firebase:firebase-messaging-ktx'

We haven't found a way to solve it yet.
