Cloud Firestore: Quota Exceeded, yet we haven't gone over

Hi everyone,

In the past 7 days our Cloud Firestore database supposedly reached the maximum reads and/or writes multiple times for the free limit (i.e. 5 out of the 7 days). The console spit out an error saying "quota exceeded". When I tried to access the database online, it said "Error finding docs/collections".

When I restarted the program, it would keep spitting out the "quote exceeded" errors.

However, the current billing period chart shows that we didn't go over usage even once in the past month. (see attachments)

What can be possible reasons of this happening? We tried regenerating the service account json and increasing the security measures but it still happened once since then.

This definitely looks strange! However this mailing list is not the right place to debug this kind of issue as we'll probably need to look into your project to see what's going on. Please reach out to Firebase support: https://firebase.google.com/support. They will be able to take a look!
