Firebase to BigQuery export cadence & timing

I'm looking for additional details on the refresh cadence & timing of the Firebase Google Analytics data export to BigQuery. I believe I read somewhere in the help docs that it's daily. It looks like the most recent data available is always the previous day. What time of day does the new data export to BigQuery? Once data is available for a specific date, will it change with future data refreshes? For example, today (6/14) I can see data for events that took place yesterday (6/13). If I looked tomorrow, would the 6/13 data still be the same or could there be new or updated records?
