Building reporting and metrics from firebase data

Hi,

We are building a product for which so far our primary data source is firebase. And since firebase will potentially store data in tunes of millions of objects per day. We are hence looking forward to replicate/sync our data in realtime from firebase to another datastore on which reporting, metrics collection and analytics engines would run.

I would like to know from the community if anyone has already had such requirement and have build server components/services to perform such operations in realtime. Any architectural inputs would be most welcome.

Hi,

I am curious about this issue as well. We are looking to use firebase as our app database and our marketing team would like to run some analysis by downloading csv data. I am wondering if you do support bulk export of data - even just in json form ala mixpanel

I think Aditya's question was answered in a separate Google Groups thread. Head over there for details.

Vijay - As for running analysis on your data, I would suggest using our Private Backups feature. This is probably your best bet.
