Get API Cloud Messaging (Legacy) data through CLI / API

Hello!

Does anyone know how to retrieve API Cloud Messaging's data (the legacy one) through a Google API or one of their CLI? I tried gcloud CLI and firebase CLI but I couldn't find any solution.
