Hi guys,
I deployed the website following the tutorials(in powershell). Everything went correct without any errors, but the website not yet released. I waited a day actually. Anyone please help me to get this done. Thank You.

It looks like you've only set up your project to deploy database rules. Run:

firebase init hosting

And see if it deploys the website after you've done that.

Sorry we've got a bug there I discovered yesterday. Try just firebase init but make sure hosting is selected (all products are selected by default).

Hi Michael,
Thank you for the help man. Now everything working, the problem was, i deselected the hosting option instead of selecting. Those option selection was bit less understandable to me. I figured it out and starts working. Thank You.

you have to make the default folder public. then use firebase use --add to select the project u created in firebase hosting as it will show u options of those projects.

Got help already? It might be folder location. It needs to be able to point to the folder that has the index file.

Hi anyone browsing this thread. I know this is super old but I would like to give you my story. If you are using something like webpack with a developer server you may want to make sure you actually bundled your project before you deploy. This happened to me. Sometimes I forget to actually build the project because it feels like it's been built in the dev server. Perhaps consider writing a script which builds the project in addition to using a dev server. Have a good day.
