Hi Guys!

According to this article it says by default, the Firebase SDK collects identifiers for mobile devices (for example, Android Advertising ID and Advertising Identifier for iOS)

Can please guide me how to retrieve these IDs from Google Analytics for Firebase dashboard?

As it seems the dashboard only shows 'Device ID' which the format doesn't look like Android Advertising ID and Advertising Identifier for iOS which are in this format:
Android Advertising ID (ADID) example: cdda802e-fb9c-47ad-0794d394c912
Advertising Identifier for iOS (IDFA) example: EA7583CD-A667-48BC-B806-42ECB2B48606

Thank you!

Regards,
Skye Lee

Skye,

What are you attempting to do with these ids? They are used to identify unique users of the app for the purpose of generating accurate analytics data, but the dashboard reports aren't a place to list users of your app or anything of the sort.

Check out the BigQuery export schema, which has user_pseudo_id, as app_info.firebase_app_id and app_info.id

Hi Kato,

Thanks for your response. However how is the user_pseudo_id, pp_info.firebase_app_id and app_info.id related with my question specifically on IDFA & ADID?

Those represent all of the ids collected by analytics. What they contain varies slightly based on what you've set/enabled/disabled in your Analytics settings.
