Change App Name on Google Sign In Prompt Web

Hi Members,

Is there any way we can change this name (highlighted in Red) to a domain name/web app name? Please let me know how this works and the process to change?

Any help is appriciated.

Hi Sam,

Thank you for guiding me in the right direction. However i came across below issue.

While i was preparing app for verification, i got below information with domain verification in the Search Console verification process

If the listed domain(s) are not required for the project, please remove them from the authorized domains section of your OAuth Consent Screen in Google Cloud Console.

Problem is,

I verified the relive.cricket in Google Search console, 

but i am not sure how to verify the cricvideos-11184.firebaseapp.com .

Hi there,

I'm sorry but I don't know how to fix this issue, sounds like it's outside of Firebase and has to do with either the Google Search Console, your domain registration, or the OAuth consent screen process.

Maybe someone else on this list will know?

Hello there,

Apparently that validation shouldn't be happening. I found the following comment browsing in the web:

Ok, I've got verified today and here's what I did.
I just requested a review without doing anything for firebaseapp.com subdomain. And once they asked me to verify my ownership of the domain, (I) just explained that the domain is auto-created by Firebase, and I can't modify its DNS record, and finally I asked if there is anything we can do to workaround.
Then they suddenly verified my oAuth consent screen.

In fact, there is another way to verify the property by using HTML tag but it does not apply for everyone. At least you could try it.
