Legacy api service extension form

Hello,

In a reminder email from Firebase about legacy FCM API shutdown there is some information that it is possible to request an extension in case the migration can't be completed by the 20th of June. The link in the email does not seem to lead to any form that can be submitted.

Does anyone know where this form can be found ? Maybe there is another way to request extension for a firebase project ?
