Fibase Messaging - delivery or unsubscribe issue.

I have a web app. For sending messages I use topics and clouds function based on nodeJS.

One of my topics contains 19 million of subscribers. (I checked it in request inside Firebase Admin panel here screenshot http://joxi.net/LmG3XepUwXyl9m and also at my DB)

Around 20 days ago when I was sending the message in average I was geting around 40 000 visits 10-20 mins. Now When I send messages in average I have 4000 visits at all. 

I checked logs and I see "message sent".

If I subscribe as a new subscriber I receive messages (tested over 15 mobile devices and 10 desktops devices). 

But it looks like old subscribers stopped receiving my messages.  

For me will be enough If I can get at least export file with all topics and active subscribers counter inside or dump file with whole lit of tokens. Or any information from the firebase team, that can help me understand the current issue. 

Because right now It looks like black box for web. I send message, receive "status 200 form firebase messaging" and don't know how many subscribers received it. 

Any suggestions?

Hi Andrey,

It's fairly normal to see a drop off in participation and delivery rates. Initially, your user base will contain a number of inactive subscribers who have already uninstalled the app or stopped actively using it and will uninstall it after receiving a few messages. As far as understanding delivery rates, check out our delivery diagnostics guide, hook up BigQuery as indicated, and also check out the lifetime of a message.
