Issue in firebase billing

I have been using firestore and cloud functions services of firebase in one of my flutter app. I upgraded my project to the blaze plan. There was some issue of the automatic deduction with my credit card so I am having Rs 0.95 as a due amount to paid.
Hence for the second step, I changed my card (which has working automatic deduction functionality) replacing the old one and tried to pay the due amount manually. But on entering the amount of Rs 0.95, firebase is not allowing me to pay it by throwing the error "The amount should be atleast Rs 500". Hence, firebase is not allowing me to pay the amount less than Rs 500.
Now if I don't pay the due amount on time then the project will get downgraded or even my account may have a risk of suspension. So what should I do in such case? After adding this new card, will firebase automatically deduct the pending due amount?
