[Read Me] Phishing Reports and Escalations Procedures : Never include Phishing URLs or PII

Over the weekend we experienced an outage due to a Phishing website URL being included in a message. In order to restore access to the group I had to delete the entire conversation. To avoid this in the future I would like to reiterate that the intended purpose of this group is to discuss Firebase generally and show of what you have built to the rest of the community.  This is in our Welcome message displayed in the group.

As a reminder: 

The correct place to report Phishing is safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/ which is mentioned in Firebase Support::Report spam, malware, or phishing.

If you are interested in discussing Phishing beyond reporting it do the following in order: Contact support and include the relevant details and evidence

If and ONLY if all other methods fail and you need to post here DO NOT INCLUDE THE URLS. 

If you have any questions about this policy please ask but there is no safe way to include a Phishing URL in a public message.
