Not receiving otp on phone from firebase

I am using firebase phone authentication in my android app but not getting the otp on my number

Are you on paid plan? There is monthly limit of 10000 for free

No am not on paid plan but I am new on firebase and it's my first project on firebase, and i noticed that firebase is not sending OTP on those numbers which are PORTED from one Operator to another Operator (for e.g.-- from Airtel to Vodafone) but with no-ported numbers, it's working fine and sending the OTP successfully.
