FCM for Electron?

Hey all,

I'm trying to integrate FCM into an Electron app - came across this project which seemed ideal: https://github.com/MatthieuLemoine/electron-push-receiver - but, looks like it's using a now-deprecated endpoint and won't work any more. Has anybody had success integrating Firebase push notifs into an Electron app?
