Disconnecting project from firebase inside android studio(connected to someone else's firebase)

hello, i disconnected my android app from Firebase project through android by deleting Firebase dependencies and deleting the json  file and google plugin and google services class path, and reconnected it to a new project on Firebase,however when i run the app i dont see any new users registred in firebase, its still connected to the old firebase (which is not my firebase)and i dont know how to fix it

it worked using this method before but now it doesn't

Hello Hanaa,

You probably need to delete the google-services.json file and download one from the new project to replace the old one. You may also need to clean project and then rebuild project in the Build menu in Android Studio.
