Firebase Support Issues

Hello,

We are struggling to submit a support ticket via the support console. Noone on the team can access the page (seem to get stuck in a login permissions loop). When we email the support email we get:

"In order to more efficiently process your issue, we only accept new support requests through our support portal at https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://firebase.google.com/support/__;!!HCIOx9TFhg!Miboc3jwma-AZEx1RIuzKvqQzAVUqhWULIbzaJmKwl4bq8EdOIo85PbCzJas_Q$ .

Please submit your inquiry there. Thanks in advance!"

Is there someone that can help with this? We use firebase but need to contact someone with regards to some SDK questions.

Hello. 

Perhaps we had a similar issue.
Try the solution that worked for us.

It might be an issue with account permission from your organization. You may try filing a support ticket using a Gmail Account to verify if the issue is caused by insufficient access.
And you could ask your Organization Administrator to follow the instructions given here to see if this will resolve the issue.

As mentioned by d.lis...@owox.com, please try a gmail account not attached to an organization to see if that helps; I'd like to understand the root cause of why you can't use the support portal.

So that you don't need to wait on that solution, feel free to email your issues directly to me (kato...@google.com) and I'll be happy to route them in parallel to troubleshooting the login issue.
