Custom Domain - registered to another project

Does anyone knows a way to deal with this error?

"Unable to add domain. It may already be registered to another project."

My googling is not helping. I found this on stackoverflow...

"If you are getting that error it means that you're already using the domain in a project. You probably deleted the project but did not disconnect the domain before it was shut down. In this case, you can either wait for 10 days from when you deleted the project for it to be removed or, you can restore the project by going to the Firebase IAM & Admin consoleclick on projects pending shutdown.

Then proceed to disconnect the domain from the project like you normally would. Now you can use that domain again with no problem."

but, I can't find any project connect to my domain.

Is it possible that someone else with access to the domain has registered it in a project? Or possibly there is a project you created under a different Google account? If not, try filing a ticket with support with the details on the domain: https://firebase.google.com/support/contact/?category=troubleshooting
