Hosting multiple web apps under one project

Hi,

Have you moved closer to having a timeframe on when it will be possible to host multiple web apps within one Firebase project (like console.example.com and management.example.com) ?

I see this was discussed as being worked last year at

and am wondering if this feature is close to being released?

It is possible today to host multiple apps from the same domain on separate Firebase projects (this is the limitation being discussed in the linked thread, and we fixed it about a month ago). So go for it!! :)

As far as having multiple Hosting sites within a single project, this is something that we're considering but don't have a specific timeframe for. You should be able to do everything you need by hosting two sites in separate projects, though!

So a way to have two different web apps hosted at Firebase and have them use the *same* database, would be to have the second app, for instance, hosted in a project without using its database and instead initialise the app to use the database of the project hosting the first app?
